If charity supporters do not have time to travel to the “west coast” wine country to learn about wine and cheese, The Aspen Lane Wine Company can bring the wine country (as well as the cheese) to your location!  Our master winemaker will teach you and your friends (in your home) how to perfectly pair wines to various cheeses.  As a group, we will hold a discussion (along with eating great cheese and drinking awesome vino) to address how the flavors, characteristics and textures of selected cheeses from around the world can be paired with our wines here at The Aspen Lane Wine Company.  Be assured, this is a fun, educational and interactive activity that will provide a lot of memories!
