Q. What are the benefits of being a Donors' Club Member?


You get access to exclusive wines and specials. Due to limited supply as well as high demand, Momentum and Son Dancer, the premier wines of the Aspen Lane Wine Company, are only available to members of the Donors' Club.  In addition to bottles you may receive as a club member, Momentum and Son Dancer are only available for single and multi bottle purchases to Donors' Club members.

As a Donors’ Club member you can pick the wines you receive.  During your check out, just add your preferred wines in the “note” box directly following your credit card information.  Please stay with the varietal choice with your picks such as if you are a member of the 2 Bottle Mixed Club, you would pick one preferred white and one preferred red.  You can always let us pick for you and email us later if you would like to keep getting the wines you love best.  It is the goal of the Aspen Lane wine Company that you shall receive no wine that is not liked by your palate; we think it is criminal otherwise!

Q. What discounts do I receive as a Donors' Club Member?

A. Discounts are: As well as receiving 15% off of the website retail prices, you also save 15% on any standard orders you place after signing up for the Donors' Club.  You must create an account to be a member of the club and log in at the time of purchase to receive future benefits.  You will also receive emails every once in a while letting you know about our specials and exclusive offers as they come up throughout the year.


Q. What is the price of being in the Donors’ Club?

A. There is no fee, however the price is based on the number of bottles and varietals you choose.


Q. Which date am I billed?

A. Wine Club Members are billed on January 1st, May 1st, and September 1st.  The wine will be shipped within a 2 to 3 week period pending weather conditions and forecasted temperatures.


Q. How does the Donors’ Club work?

A.  All Wine Club subscriptions are shipped on a regular schedule (January 1st, May 1st, and September 1st.). All Wine Club orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks from the date shown. Your subscription will be charged to your credit card on the dates above.  Actual shipping dates may be different based on the number of orders being processed as well as the temperature. Wine is best shipped when it is less than 80 degrees. Your first Club order will be shipped ASAP and you will be added to the next scheduled ship date.


Q. When can I pick up my wine?

A. You can make arrangements to pick up your wine anytime after January 1st, May 1st, or September 1st by emailing or calling the winery.


Q. Do I have to pick up my wine at the winery?

A. Maybe. You can also arrange to pick up your wine at some of the nonprofit organizations, however please email or call first before placing an order to arrange this, not all of the organizations are able to store your wine and it may not be possible even though we try to make it as easy as possible.


Q. What happens if I am unable to pick up my Wine?

A. We will hold on to your wine as long as we can. In the event we run out (which should never happen!) you may pick any bottle valued at that same price.  We will always work with you to make sure you receive a wine you will enjoy – and we are at the winery a lot… so just let us know and we wil set your order to the side until you can come by.


Q. How long am I committed to stay in the Donors' Club, once I become a Member?

A. There is an open cancellation policy. You may cancel at any time, and there are no cancellation fees.


Q. I would like to make updates to my membership. Where may I do that?

A. You can make updates to your membership profile online at www.aspenlanewinecompany.com and logging in with your password. . You may make changes such as credit card or billing updates, name changes, as well as shipping addresses.  If you would like to change your membership level, give us a call and we can do that for you over the phone.

A. You can may cancel your Membership by sending us an email or giving us a call at anytime.
